How Do I Place An Order?​

If you are interested in purchasing glassblowing equipment just send your order through our shopping cart. If you have any questions, you can contact me through my email or phone and I will answer your questions and send you an estimate for any custom order. Once we have agreed on what you will be purchasing and the terms I will email you an invoice.

Payment & Shipping

Full payment upon ordering on orders less than $10,000. All other orders require 2/3 down, with final payment due before equipment is shipped. I will provide you with a quote from my shipper with your final invoice. Shipping and crateing cost is not included in price. This allows you the freedom to find the best shipping option for you, based on your studio's location and budget. You are welcome to compare shipping costs or come and pick it up.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

Order is secured when payment has cleared. At that time we have entered into an agreement and are held to the terms agreed upon on the your invoice. Each order will be addressed in order of secured payment and given a firm completion date.

Returns & Refunds

Once I have received payment there is no turning back and no refunds. If final payment is not received a monthly storage fee will be charged. If balance is not paid in full within 1 year of final payment date said equipment will become property of Canned Heat Glass. Thankfully, this has never happened.
