What is Canned Heat all about?

Canned Heat Glass is a small, artist-owned company building studio glass equipment out of Portland, Oregon. Our goal is to make dependable, easy-to-use equipment. We're a driving force in the MoSi2 (MOLY) movement, but also provide anything and everything needed to operate a modern glass studio. The last 8 years of growth have been directly attributed to artists requesting affordable and dependable glass equipment. We are here because you called. Every piece of equipment is built to order and made with the highest quality materials available. We take great pride in all our work.

Canned Heat Glass is owned and operated by Cheyenne Malcolm. Cheyenne is an accomplished glass artist who's been working in the industry for over 25 years. He is currently owner and operator of Vetro Vita Studio in Portland, OR. Cheyenne’s continuing commitment to the medium keeps his equipment on the forefront of technology while staying grouned in the traditions that have built the industry.
